Since 1973, the Affaire in the Gardens Art Show is one of the most popular art events on the West Coast and it’s being held this weekend, May 15th and 16th, from 10am-6pm. I am extremely fortunate as this year they have chosen my image, Bubble in the Botanical Garden to headline the show! See the image below.
In-case you have never been, the Affaire in the Gardens Art Show literally brings art to four city blocks in the City of Beverly Hills between Rodeo Drive and Rexford Drive in the Beverly Gardens Park. There will be over 250 fine artists gathered in one place, exhibiting their latest projects. From ceramics to printmaking, to drawings to paintings, every form of art and artist is represented.
Held at the back drop of the scenic Beverly Gardens Parkāits rose bushes, public art, and serene walkways; the Affaire will feature outdoor dining, Latin music, a wine garden, live jazz, art demonstrations, and craft making for kids.
My gallery area will be set up between Beverly Drive and Canon Drive, near the Flanagan Sculpture (see below) in spot 248.
It’s an amazing show and I really hope you can come by and see all the talented artists work. Last year I won an Honorable Mention for my work and this year I will have my image of the Bubble in the Botanical Garden front and center! Did I mention there is delicious food as well?
Hope to see you there – check out the newsletter Beverly Hills sent out below and email me with any other questions!
