Thank you to everyone who entered our Far Far Away instagram contest! This has been an incredible series to create – thanks to the guidance of Gaston Ugalde and everyone on the team who worked with us in the Salar de Uyuni salt flats.
We wish all of you could be winners but alas there are only three. Each winner was chosen at random from the qualifying 680 entries.
Whether you are a winner or not, we created a video for you to enjoy which gives a sneak peek of what it was like behind the scenes.
Congrats to the three winners (see below) and stay tuned for more new and exciting giveaways coming this Fall.
Enjoy the video!
Cheers – Maison Gray Team

Over the weekend I was casually flipping through the October issue of House Beautiful at the beach and I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw my photograph in the magazine! I immediately went to the link HouseBeautiful.com/Nate and saw how he incorporated my A la Plage Europe photograph, Lisbon Pool into his client’s room.
Be sure to checkout the video clip and pick up the October issue of House Beautiful to see it in print.
I don’t usually get too personal here on the blog but last week was a special circumstance that I have to share!
As many of you know, I grew up in the thick of Dallas, Texas and am fortunate to have some amazing roots in this wonderful city. However, living elsewhere (Boston and Los Angeles) for the past ten years I feel less and less connected with the Dallas community every time I go home for a visit.
A few months ago a childhood friend of mine who you may remember from this post, connected me with the owner of one of the most amazing luxury retail stores in Dallas, Forty Five Ten. With time and the help of the owner’s assistant, who actually was an acquaintance from my high school, the conversation began to develop into a show of my photography inside the store. Teaming up with Art for Advocacy which raises money for the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, Forty Five Ten hosted an incredible opening party featuring selects from five different bodies of work of mine.
With a hot DJ spinning, fun themed cocktails and an incredible selection of gourmet bites the store quickly filled with familiar faces from the wonderful community that I grew up in. It’s hard to describe the emotion but it was incredibly special to feel so welcomed and embraced by my past- it truly touched me.
The show will be hanging through November so if you find yourself in Dallas be sure to pop into Forty Five Ten and make sure to bring your credit card because it’s hard not to want to buy at least one thing in the store!
Below are some photographs from the evening- I hope it gives you a sense of what it was like.
